Live Hip Hop Mix

I have always been a hip hop fan. My first taste in making music was making hip hop beats. 

Recently, I have felt that hip hop music is having a creative resurgence and beats are definitely gaining a lot of attention. 

I made this mix live last month to showcase some of the production that I have been enjoying over the past year or so.

I also dropped a new track at the end.

I’m happy to share something new from my upcoming album. The track is called “Sphyrna”. It was written while coming up with material for a band I started earlier this year. Unfortunately I had to leave the project due to moving back to SF and since we never worked this out, I decided to make it an instrumental LoOmis track. 

I hope you dig. Please share it and all the good stuff if you feel so inclined. I’ll have more info on a new album later this summer. I’m working on 2.

Working On A New Album

I just wanted to give a little update on my recording progress. Earlier this spring I started what I plan on being my 4th full length album. I recorded a track at my friends studio and I have finished the bed tracks for most of the record. I’ve been busy this past month moving to San Francisco and pretty much just got here. I have my guitar and recording stuff and am currently getting in back in the recording groove as I am settling here. I hope to finish up by the end of summer and release a song around that time, for a fall release.
